We are a small New Zealand Wedding Planning business located in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia offering our services to clients from all over Australia and abroad.   At Ultimate New Zealand Weddings we have very dedicated teams permanently based at each of our New Zealand Wedding Destinations providing our clients with nothing other than highly personalised, professional and friendly New Zealand wedding services to ensure your wedding day is everything you dreamed it to be.  Our teams in New Zealand have been working within the wedding industry for many many years!

We provide a range of New Zealand Wedding Packages designed to suit any dream or budget. You can choose from one of our wedding packages or we can look at custom designing a wedding package that best suits you.  

We will take care of your New Zealand Marriage Licence Application and all other relevant paperwork before you even arrive to New Zealand, it will be ready and waiting for you.  We will also organise your Marriage Certificate for you after your wedding.  This is considered a legal document which you will need back in your home country. All included in your wedding package.

One of our wedding co-ordinators will meet with you when you arrive in New Zealand and will be there by your side on the day of your wedding to ensure you and your partner area able enjoy a stress free and memorable wedding day. Our co-ordinators are very experienced, friendly and supportive.  They work closely with all the service providers for Ultimate New Zealand Weddings which makes for the perfect team of professionals for each and every wedding destination we offer.

New Zealand, Weddings and Protecting the Environment! 

Ultimate New Zealand Weddings has work hard liaising with the Department of Conservation towards gaining our 10 Year Concession of which we finally received in 2011. Any business organising and or conducting any activities in areas which are managed by the Department of Conservation MUST hold a Concession.  This is to ensure that these activities are carried out with the least minimal to no impact caused to New Zealands beautiful environment, National Park areas and heritage that we are so lucky to be able to utilise and experience with our weddings.  .

Ultimate New Zealand Weddings has also been involved closely with the Outdoors.  Together we have worked through a number of safety polices, procedures and practices to ensure the best safety for our clients and service providers using these areas. From this a OutdoorsMark is obtained which is a form of a Safety Audit.  This is then is valid for a period of 3 years.

To some couples applying for a New Zealand Marriage Licence can seem a little overwhelming.  Fortunately for our couples, Ultimate New Zealand Weddings has had quite a lot to do with Department of Internal Affairs in New Zealand (Births, Deaths and Marriages) and have liaised closely with their various offices over the past few years.  We are quite familiar with the the documents and requirements for getting married in New Zealand and also Civil Unions.  We complete all the paperwork necessary for your Marriage Licence which enables you to get married in New Zealand prior to you even arriving to New Zealand and then your Marriage Certificate which is an official legal document you require back in your home country. You will require this back home to enable you change your personal details such as your name, bank details, medicare, passport etc.  This will arrive approximately 2 to 4 weeks after your wedding.
